Warehouse Office

The Warehouse combines. Modifies and adopts the previous building’s structure to compliment the lifestyle of a today’s busy couple. The Warehouse’s concept involved keeping the design simple, modern, practical and functional.

Shapes and textures are contrasted and repeated throughout the room creating a sense of harmony, complexity and personal character. This creates an aesthetically pleasing office. The focal point of this room is a poster, which displays the Bordeaux Law Court building designed by architect Richard Roger. The desk situated below mirror the shapes of the piece of architecture featured in the poster.

The materials used in Roger’s designs are also used in the interior of the warehouse office.

Timber and glass are used throughout the office to mediate temperatures during all seasons. The herringbone floor pattern creates movement and rhythm, which adds interest and warmth during the winter months. The glass balustrade of the staircase is an elegant and stylish addition which allows natural light to come through the office.
